Project Terms & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by Estudio Bohora, including the purchase of pre-designed website templates and custom web design projects. It is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and accountability for both the client and Estudio Bohora.

1. Payments & Deposits

  • Custom Web Design Projects: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) is required upon signing the contract. This deposit secures your project in our schedule and covers initial costs such as research, planning, and setup.

  • Pre-Designed Templates: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Cancellations

  • Custom Projects:

    • If the client cancels before project completion, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

    • Any additional payments beyond the deposit will be refunded, minus costs incurred up to the date of cancellation, calculated at a rate of $75 per hour.

    • No refunds will be issued once the final project has been delivered.

  • Pre-Designed Templates:

    • All template purchases are final. No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be provided once access to the digital files has been granted.

3. Revisions

  • Custom Projects: Include up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions will incur an extra fee, discussed and approved in advance.

  • Pre-Designed Templates: Sold “as is” and do not include revisions. Any requested modifications will be treated as a separate service, quoted and billed separately.

4. Turnaround & Delivery

  • Pre-Designed Templates: Delivered within 24 hours of purchase (or instantly if automated download is available). Clients are responsible for ensuring compatibility with the designated platform (e.g., Squarespace).

  • Custom Projects: Delivery timelines are established in the project contract, typically ranging from four (4) to six (6) weeks depending on scope. Delays in client deliverables (content, images, approvals) may extend the timeline. Estudio Bohora is not responsible for delays caused by late client responses or incomplete submissions.

5. Deadlines & Force Majeure

If either the client or Estudio Bohora faces circumstances beyond their control (force majeure), both parties will evaluate possible adjustments to minimize impact.

Requests for cancellations or changes must be communicated at least ten (10) business days in advance to allow for review of alternatives or adjustments.

6. Client Non-Response

If the client does not respond to communication for two (2) consecutive weeks:

  • Estudio Bohora will send up to three (3) reminder emails.

  • If no response is received after the third notice, Estudio Bohora reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the project. In such cases, no payments already made will be refunded.

  • Should the client wish to resume the project in the future, the full outstanding balance must be paid before work resumes. Resumption is at Estudio Bohora’s sole discretion.

7. Delivery & Project Closure

A project will be considered officially complete when:

  1. All final deliverables agreed upon have been provided, and

  2. The total outstanding balance has been paid in full.

Any requests for changes or adjustments after project closure will be considered new work and billed separately.

8. Our Commitment

Estudio Bohora is committed to delivering a professional, transparent, and high-quality experience. These policies are in place to protect both the client and Estudio Bohora, ensuring mutual clarity, fairness, and responsibility throughout every stage of the process.
