This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Estudio Bohöra, including the purchase of pre-designed website templates and custom web design projects. It has been created to ensure clarity, fairness, and accountability between both the client and Estudio Bohöra.

1. Payments and Refund Eligibility

Custom Web Design Projects:
A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) is required upon signing the contract. This deposit secures your project on our schedule and covers initial work such as research, planning, and setup.

If the client decides to cancel after the project has started but before completion, the 50% deposit remains non-refundable. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded minus the cost of completed work, billed at $75 per hour.

Once the final project has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Pre-Designed Templates:
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access to the template or digital files has been granted.

2. Cancellations

If a cancellation is requested, it must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the project stage and the terms outlined above.

For pre-designed templates, no cancellations or exchanges are permitted after purchase.

3. Revisions and Adjustments

Custom Projects:
Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions as specified in the contract. Additional revisions are considered new work and will be billed separately.

Pre-Designed Templates:
Templates are sold “as is” and do not include revisions. Any requested modifications or personalization services are quoted and billed separately.

4. Delivery and Turnaround

Pre-Designed Templates:
Delivered within 24 hours of purchase (or instantly if automated). Clients are responsible for ensuring compatibility with Squarespace or the designated platform.

Custom Projects:
Delivery timelines are established in the project contract, typically ranging from four (4) to six (6) weeks. Delays in client deliverables (content, images, approvals) may extend the timeline. Estudio Bohöra is not responsible for delays caused by late responses or incomplete submissions.

5. Non-Response and Project Abandonment

If the client fails to respond to communications for two (2) consecutive weeks, Estudio Bohöra will issue up to three (3) reminder notices.

If no response is received after the third notice, Estudio Bohöra reserves the right to close or cancel the project. Payments made up to that point will not be refunded.

To resume a paused project, the remaining balance must be paid in full, and resumption will be at Estudio Bohöra’s discretion.

6. Delivery Confirmation and Project Closure

A project is considered complete when:

  • All agreed deliverables have been provided, and

  • The full balance has been paid.

Any additional requests after project closure will be treated as a new project and billed separately.

7. External Services and Third-Party Fees

Some features (e.g., reservations through Tock or OpenTable) require an external subscription not covered by Estudio Bohöra. These external services are non-refundable and are managed directly by the client under their own terms.
