Comprehensive Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Estudio Bohora, including the purchase of pre-designed website templates (Mini Sites and Full Site Templates) and custom web design services. By purchasing a product or engaging in a service agreement with Estudio Bohora, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Estudio Bohora offers:

Pre-Designed Templates: Ready-to-use Squarespace website templates (Mini Sites and Full Sites).
Custom Web Design Services: Personalized design solutions tailored to the client’s specific business goals. Each service is subject to the policies and conditions outlined in this agreement.

2. Payments

Templates: Payment must be made in full at time of purchase. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Custom Projects: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at contract signing. The remaining balance is due before final file delivery.

3. Cancellations

Custom Projects:Initial deposit is non-refundable. Payments made beyond the deposit are refundable (minus any work completed, billed at $75/hour).No refunds will be issued after project delivery.
Pre-Designed Templates:Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be offered after purchase.

4. Revisions

Custom Projects: Include up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional rounds will incur additional fees.
Templates: Delivered “as is.” Any modifications or template customization requests are considered a separate service.

5. Turnaround & Delivery

Templates: Access is delivered via contributor invitation from Squarespace within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. You must accept the invitation within 10 days.Squarespace Trial: Templates are delivered via a 6-month Squarespace trial.
You are responsible for upgrading your site before your trial expires. If your trial expires, we cannot reissue the template.

Custom Projects: Timeline will be outlined in your project agreement (typically 4–6 weeks). Delays in client content or communication may extend the timeline.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
Provide all necessary content (text, images, branding) in a timely manner. Approve deliverables within agreed review periods. Maintain active communication.
Failure to meet these may result in project delays or cancellation under the Non-Response Policy.

7. Non-Response Policy

If the client is unresponsive for 14 consecutive days: Estudio Bohora will issue up to three (3) reminder emails. If no response is received, we reserve the right to pause or cancel the project. Payments made will not be refunded. Resuming the project may require payment of the remaining balance and is at Estudio Bohora’s discretion.

8. Template Licensing & Credit

Templates include a non-exclusive license for personal or single-client use.Redistribution, resale, or sharing of template files is strictly prohibited.You agree to display the following credit in your website footer:

“Website designed by Estudio Bohora.”

You may optionally add your business name:
“Website designed by Estudio Bohora + [Your Business Name].” The credit link to Estudio Bohora must remain active and visible.

9. Demo Content & Intellectual Property

All demo logos, images, and mock content within templates are the intellectual property of Estudio Bohora and are included for layout demonstration purposes only. You are required to replace all placeholder logos and content with your own before launching your website.
Custom Projects: Final designs become your property once the final balance is paid. Estudio Bohora retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

10. SEO & Boho Bot Disclaimer

Templates are built with SEO best practices in structure and layout (headings, responsiveness, etc.). Strategic Boho Bot copywriting prompts are included to support your content creation. Boho Bot is a GPT-powered assistant, and you are responsible for reviewing and customizing any copy generated to reflect your brand accurately.

11. Limitation of Liability

Estudio Bohora is not liable for:Third-party platform issues (e.g., Squarespace downtime, billing, changes in terms).Indirect or consequential damages related to use of products or services.Misuse, mismanagement, or expired trial periods related to Squarespace templates.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party will be held responsible for delays or non-performance due to causes beyond their control (natural disasters, illness, governmental restrictions, etc.). Timeline adjustments will be made in good faith under these circumstances.

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of United States and Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Updates to Terms

Estudio Bohora reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
