Website Template License Policy

This License Policy outlines how Bohöra website templates may and may not be used after purchase.

By purchasing a template from Estudio Bohöra, you agree to the terms of this license.

License Type: Single-Use License

All Bohöra website templates are sold under a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

This means: You are allowed to use the template for one personal or business website only.

Each purchase applies to one website and one end user.

If you wish to use the same template for multiple websites, an additional license must be purchased for each website.

What You Are Allowed To Do

When you purchase a Bohöra template, you may:

• Use the template to create your own personal website
• Use the template for your own business website
• Customize the template to reflect your brand
• Modify text, images, colors, and layout

You fully own the final website you create for yourself.

What You Are NOT Allowed To Do

You may NOT:

• Resell the template
• Share the template with others
• Transfer the template to another person
• Give away the template for free
• Redistribute the template in any form
• Claim the template design as your own
• Use the template to create websites for clients
• Use one purchase for multiple websites

Each template purchase is licensed to one user, one website.

Prohibited Commercial Redistribution

Bohöra templates may not be used for commercial redistribution.

This includes:

• Selling the template
• Selling modified versions
• Including the template in bundles
• Offering the template as part of a service package

If you are a designer and want to use Bohöra templates for clients, you must purchase a separate license for each client.

Intellectual Property

All Bohöra templates remain the intellectual property of Estudio Bohöra.

You are purchasing a license to use the template — not ownership of the design itself.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is a violation of copyright law.

Legal action may be taken if license terms are violated.

Delivery and Access

Templates are delivered via Squarespace transfer invitation, email, or download instructions.

Access instructions are typically sent within 24–48 hours.

You are responsible for providing the correct email address.

No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product, template purchases are non-refundable.

Termination of License

This license may be terminated if you violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement.

If terminated, you must stop using the template immediately.
